Been feeling stressed up lately and i dont like it, at all. Like Ms Tng (my PE teacher from TKGS) whose line inspired me with "Its all in your mind." Ya i know mind over body. Or perhaps my state of mind is affecting my body. MUST BE. Keep waking up b4 my handpone buzz, in the middle of the nights and all, not sleeping well. oh boy. Told ws what im currently doing. He said "woah, not ur forte". EEKS! Wah lao got so hard anot! GET it togther!!

Find of a new direction to work towards.. lemme see... think this is not bad--> "Complete MY work in the office so I can give MY 100% to ur family, friends and leisure". Cause work-life-balance is something i feel for strongly. But its pretty messed up now. I muz draw that balance. Firm knowing what i have to do, what needs to be done, and ASK. Stop being a nuah sai.
